All EZY Access Solutions orders are delivered through BigPost — an Australian freight specialist operating since 2011. With a network of over 200 collection depots and coverage across every state and territory, your order is in safe hands from our Melbourne workshop to your door.

How would you like to receive your order?

To your front door — whether it’s a residential property or a business address, we deliver directly to you. For heavy or oversized products, crane trucks and two-person delivery crews can be arranged on request.

To a depot near you — if you’d prefer the flexibility of collecting at a time that suits you, simply choose a BigPost depot at checkout. With over 200 collection points across Australia — including multiple locations in every major city and most regional towns — there’s likely one close to you.

Every order includes

You’ll receive SMS and email updates when your order is dispatched and again when it’s delivered. All shipments come with a freight warranty for peace of mind, and items under 40kg can be left safely at your property if you’re not home.

We know you don’t want to wait longer than necessary, especially when accessibility matters. That’s why we work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. All in-stock items are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from our Melbourne workshop.

Shipping Costs

We keep our shipping straightforward and fair. The cost of delivering your order is based on what you’re ordering and where it’s going — no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

  • Standard items – For smaller, non-bulky products such as grab rails, handrails and bathroom accessories, a flat rate shipping fee applies based on your delivery region. You’ll see the exact cost clearly before you confirm your order.
  • Bulky items –For larger products such as rubber ramps and aluminium ramps, shipping is calculated based on the actual dimensions and weight of the item. This ensures you’re only ever charged a fair and accurate rate for the size of your delivery.
  • Ordering both standard and bulky items? –No need to worry about being charged twice. If your order includes a mix of standard and bulky products, shipping will be calculated based on the bulky item only — so you pay one rate, not two.
  • Not sure what shipping will cost? —Simply add your items to the cart and enter your delivery address — your shipping cost will be calculated automatically before you complete your purchase. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help you before you order.

Before your order is dispatched, please take a moment to check that your delivery address is correct on your order confirmation. If anything needs updating, contact our team straight away and we’ll sort it out before your order leaves our workshop.

When your delivery arrives, please inspect your items before signing. If you’re not completely happy with the condition of your order, note it with the driver before accepting. Your satisfaction doesn’t end at checkout — it matters to us every step of the way.

Delivery Instructions & Preferences

We understand that everyone’s situation is different and sometimes you need a little more flexibility with your delivery. While we always do our best to pass on any special instructions to BigPost on your behalf — such as a preferred drop-off spot, access notes or contact preferences — please be aware that as a third-party freight carrier, BigPost operates their own delivery procedures and we are unable to guarantee that specific requests will always be fulfilled.

To give your delivery the best chance of going smoothly, we recommend:

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address
  • Providing clear and accurate access instructions at checkout
  • Choosing depot collection if you have an unpredictable schedule — this gives you the freedom to collect your order at a time that suits you from over 200 BigPost depots across Australia

At EZY Access Solutions, many of our products are custom-made or built to order right here in our Melbourne workshop — designed specifically to suit your space and requirements. Because of this, some items may have a longer lead time than standard off-the-shelf products.

We encourage you to check the availability details on each product page before placing your order. For custom-made, pre-order or temporarily out-of-stock items, we may not always be able to provide an exact delivery date upfront — but you’ll never be left in the dark.

From the moment your order is confirmed, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Our team will be in touch with updates on your order’s progress and we’ll do everything we can to get your products to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

*Important Notes

Please take a moment to read the following before placing your order — it will help ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible.

    • A valid street address is required at checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you’re unsure about your address, our team is happy to help before you order.
    • We currently offer standard delivery only. Express delivery is not available at this time, however we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible from our Melbourne workshop.
    • All delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we do everything we can to meet these, actual transit times may vary due to freight volumes, weather conditions, public holidays or your specific location.
    • If your order includes both custom-made and standard in-stock items, we will hold your entire order and ship everything together once your custom products are ready. This ensures your order arrives complete and avoids multiple deliveries. Please note that requesting earlier dispatch of standard items may result in additional shipping charges.
