Custom-Made Products
All custom-built ramps, steps, and made-to-order products are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Due to the size and weight of our products, return freight may be significant
