Delivery Information for Heavy Ramps

Rubber ramps weighing more than 30kg require special delivery arrangements:

• Residential deliveries require a tailgate courier

• Commercial deliveries require access to a forklift

Ramps over 30kg are shipped on a pallet. The delivery driver will place the pallet near the driveway or entrance where safe, but unloading and installation are the responsibility of the customer.

Installation & Product Tolerances

Due to the rubber pressing process, ramps may vary slightly in height with a tolerance of ±4mm. Following the installation instructions provided with the product will help ensure the best fit.

Any adjustments required during installation should be completed on site by the installer. Responsibility for installation and fitment lies with the installer once the ramp has been placed.
