Collection Process
Step 1 – Place your order online or contact our team to order via phone.
Step 2 – Inform us that you would like to collect your order and confirm your preferred date and time.
Step 3 – Visit our warehouse location at the scheduled time.
Step 4 – Upon arrival, please ring the collection doorbell.
Step 5 – Provide your order number along with a valid form of identification.
Step 6 – Kindly wait in your vehicle while our team prepares your order. Assistance will be provided to safely load your product(s).
